Information We Collect
When you sign up for the TrackPass waitlist or become a member, we collect:
- Name — so we can address you properly in communications.
- Email address — to send membership confirmations, product updates, and course notifications.
We do not collect phone numbers, addresses, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. TrackPass does not store, process, or have access to your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Email Delivery
We use Resend to deliver transactional and marketing emails. Resend processes email addresses solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
Analytics
We use PostHog for anonymized product analytics. PostHog helps us understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve the experience. Analytics data is anonymized — we do not track or store personally identifiable information through our analytics tools.
Hosting
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may collect standard server log information (IP addresses, browser type, pages accessed) as part of providing hosting and CDN services. This data is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, PostHog for analytics, Cloudflare for hosting).
Your Rights
You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@trackpassgolf.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
